- What ages are the programs best for?
- Our programs work brilliantly for children aged 5–14. Each activity is adapted to the group's age and energy level by our trained facilitators.
- How many children can we bring?
- Programs start at 10 children. Sports programs have published tiers up to 35 children; the themed programs also have a 36–40 child tier. Book a meeting to discuss the right format for your group.
- Is outside cake allowed?
- Absolutely! Bring your own cake, or ask about our catering options when you book. We provide plates, napkins, and a festive setup.
- What safety measures do you follow?
- All facilitators are trained in child safety and first aid. Equipment is inspected regularly. We maintain clear supervision ratios and have indoor backup plans for outdoor activities.
- Indoor vs. outdoor backup plan?
- Weather unpredictable? No problem. We have both indoor arenas and our outdoor Sports Park. If rain threatens your outdoor party, we seamlessly move activities inside.
- Can we bring our photographer?
- Yes! Personal photographers are welcome. Or choose our professional photo/video add-on for stress-free coverage.
- Payment & cancellation policy?
- We require a deposit to hold your slot. Full payment details and cancellation terms will be explained when you call to book. We aim to be flexible and fair.
